


| STORE POLICES RETURNS Agape offers the following Returns Policy. Fourteen day return / store credit only. Products must be in the original packaging intact and in resalable condition with less than 1/4 of the product used. Original receipt must accompany all returns and store credit. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Returns will be only for cost plus sales tax. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Store credit cannot be applied to any service. CANCELLATION POLICY / ARRIVING LATE FOR SPA PACKAGES We will ask for a major credit card to hold reservations. Nothing will be charged to your account until services are rendered. All services are by appointment only. If you need to cancel and an appointment , we require at least 24 hours notice. Last minute cancellations and no-shows will result in full service charges or voidance of packages or gift certificates. Arriving lat for a service may require the SPA to shorten the length of the treatment with full charges applied, so as not to inconvenience the other guest, we regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of schedule appointments. However, we will make every effort to provide the full amount of service. |
